Piano Pop Concert to Rock the South Bay

Musicians Mobile Piano Pop Concert:

  • October 27, 2013 at 4:00 P.M.,
  • Saratoga Recreation Center Multi-Purpose Room, 19655 Allendale Ave., Saratoga, CA 95070

Musicians Mobile will bring South Bay families together for their annual student-based Piano Pop concert. More than 15 “bands-for-a-day” will  consist of friends and families playing together and singing songs by Journey, Alicia Keys, Bruno Mars, Taylor Swift, and more. This event is free to the public, allowing residents to join the fun and support the efforts of local music students in a professional environment.

This event aims to help students see their talents and how they can use them for their community throughout the year. Musicians Mobile students and bands have applied their skills beyond this annual show, by volunteering free entertainment at Celebrate Saratoga, the Saratoga Senior Center, Foodie Fun, and school fundraisers at Redwood Middle School. By offering creative contributions at community events, the students feel a deep sense of purpose and pride, giving their hard efforts in music more meaning.

“Entertainment at community events helps keep people engaged,” said Nate Mueller, founder of Musicians Mobile. “Musicians Mobile bands help students build the habit of contribution, saving non-profit event coordinators thousands of dollars in entertainment expenses. All of us, from teachers to students are part of teams in our families, work, and community. These bands create a fun way for students to embody the idea of a team and work together, providing creative ways to contribute their time and talents.”
